Reserved the 10’x30’ with electricity that was advertised. When I finalized the rental I was told that this unit was not available, the manager was using it for their onsite equipment and should not be on site as available
The corporate staff, Ellen H., Worked with me to get into a 10’x28’ w/out electricity for a discounted rate for the troubles I encountered while reserving based on their inaccurate advertisement.
When I had my daughter stop by to inspect the unit before I left Texas with our household items, s
he found there was a security lock on it that we weren’t told about. I called the number on the contract and after several tries someone answered, they had to call the site manager for combination to remove it. The lock would not open so had to call again and again they had to get with site manager again who had to come to site to open it. The lock was defective and they had to get the lock cut off by fire dept nearby. They then gave us a keyed lock to use. This all took about 2 and a half hours of my daughters and my time to gather done, but the help in getting this was EXCEPTIONAL!! This all took place after hours, from daylight into the night time.
I understand things don’t always go as expected and really do appreciate the efforts of all involved in getting this resolved, they do put their tenants first. ?
